Established in 1996 under Dr. G. S. Bhalla, CTDI was built by professionals and bankers to train practicing bank staff. Dr. Bhalla is a former banker and holds a PhD from the University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Your unique enrolment ID will link the programme, chosen package, campaign source and verified gateway payment. Receipt emails and CRM syncing will be enabled with their credentials.

The September 2026 batches in the supplied CTDI flyer have passed. CTDI will confirm upcoming batch dates before live registration is activated.
Online includes live Zoom teaching, recordings, printed materials, MCQ tests and revision. Hybrid includes recordings but no live sessions. Correspondence provides printed materials, practice and revision, without live sessions or recordings.
After completing the registration form you will be directed to Razorpay or Cashfree when CTDI configures and activates its gateway. Current demo mode does not collect money.
After a real payment has been verified, the system can generate a downloadable payment receipt. Automatic email requires CTDI to configure an email delivery service. A payment receipt is not necessarily a tax invoice.
Your enrollment ID, package, payment purpose, source campaign and transaction reference are stored together. CRM delivery can be activated once its endpoint and credentials are available.
